Our honey is genuine 100% pure New Zealand Honey.
Every jar of our honey is able to be traced right back to the beekeeper it came from, and all of our Manuka Honey is independently laboratory certified for MGO content to ensure the MGO levels are truly as stated on each jar.
Honey comes from the nectar of flowers. At theHoneyman we have selected several kinds of native New Zealand flora from which we bring you our range of signature velvet grade smooth honey. Each variety has its own unique tasting notes and benefits.
We know you can’t wait until your sweet treats arrive and so we dispatch orders as quick as we can. Orders within New Zealand usually take between 2-5 business days* to arrive depending on whereabouts in the country they are travelling to. Please keep in mind though that rural delivery will take an extra 1-2 days*.
International delivery timeframes vary depending on where in the world they are being shipped. We use DHL Express for our international shipping, with most orders being delivered within 5-8 business days*

If you have been waiting patiently and your sweet indulgence has not arrived yet, you can check your track & trace code to see the whereabouts of your goodies. If the track & trace states your goodies have in fact been delivered, but you cannot locate them, we can start an investigation with the Courier Company on your behalf.
Unfortunately neither theHoneyman nor the Courier Company are able to refund or replace items that have either been damaged, lost or stolen after having been delivered to your property.

We take great care in packaging up your order before it begins it's journey to you, although once it has left theHoneyman it is then in the hands of our Courier Company.
