I did not receive the item I ordered
If the wrong item has found its way into your order instead of the one intended, contact us within 10 days upon receipt of your order, and we will either replace it, offer you a full refund or provide you with a coupon code to use on your next order. In order to receive your replacement or refund, the original item must be returned to The Candyman in its original state. We will provide you with a return addressed courier satchel at no extra cost. Your replacement, refund or coupon code will be will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your item.
Damaged or imperfect goodies
We take great care in packaging up your goodies before they begin their journey to you, although once they have left The Candyman they are then in the hands of our Courier Company. Should your goodies not arrive in proper order, depending on the situation you may receive a full replacement, refund, or a coupon code to use on your next order. Please contact us for details.
My order did not arrive
If you have been waiting patiently and your sweet indulgence has not arrived yet, you can check your track & trace code to see the whereabouts of your goodies. If the track & trace states your goodies have in fact been delivered, but you cannot locate them, we can start an investigation with the Courier Company on your behalf.
Unfortunately neither The Candyman nor the Courier Company are able to refund or replace items that have either been damaged, lost or stolen after being delivered to your property.’

A blooming beginning
It begins with the blooming of New Zealand native flowers across the countryside in remote, pristine locations where our bees start the process of bringing you your favourite sweetness.
Different native flowers prefer different parts of New Zealand, and we work closely with our trusted beekeepers to bring you your favourite varieties.

Only taking what we need
Our bees work hard to bring you our delicious collection of honey. We only take what we need to ensure hive health and keep our little worker bees happy.
75% of beekeepers in New Zealand operate 10 hives or fewer, and through working closely together we support local industry.
After being extracted and filtered through a 200 micron sized filter, our creaming process begins. This is done in a controlled environment where the temperature and speed are carefully set, which slowly breaks down the sugar crystals over 72 hours and creates our signature silky smooth, velvet grade honey you love.
Our creaming process is natural, and leaves all the beneficial healthy goodness intact inside our honey.
Regular raw honey will naturally recrystallise after 1-2 months. Creamed honey stored well will naturally recrystallise after 6-7 years.
Packaged for you
After samples are sent away for independent laboratory testing to guarantee and certify the highest quality, our honey is lovingly packaged into our jars, before making their way to you to enjoy.
Only the finest quality New Zealand honey makes it into our products and is selected by us for you, anything less than the best is not theHoneyman.
